Alexandra, who seems like a nice person, did not spend the hour that we allowed at our home for our two dogs and her to get acquainted with someone home. One of our dogs did not like her and barked at her and she felt he lunged toward her two times. He never has bitten anyone and wouldn't of her. Our daughter said that even though the dog had calmed down, Alexandra just left abruptly right when my adult son came home and wanted to help. We called a different dog sitter who is not part of Rover and she did just fine with the same dog for a fraction of the cost. Alexandra charged us $235 for less than 20 minutes at our house, instead of one 7 hour day, and then the next day for 10 hours. We asked her to return the bulk of the money, but keep a little for her trouble, but she hasn't yet.

Alex has been a house and pet sitter for our family for a number of years. She is honest, caring and friendly. Whether it's just stopping by to take the dogs for a walk or staying for a week to look after our animals and house, she is always on time and goes above and beyond to make our family and pets feel comfortable.
