I’ve been around dogs for most of my life and have plenty of hands-on experience with different breeds and personalities. I’ve personally owned a German Shepherd and two Rottweilers, so I’m very comfortable caring for larger dogs. Since moving to London 10 years ago, I’ve regularly looked after dogs for friends and family, including a Whippet and a Pug who I care for frequently. I genuinely love spending time with dogs and am confident with walks, feeding, playtime and keeping them happy and comfortable while their owners are away.

Alexandra was lovely to communicate with: very quick and straight forward, and on meeting her she was warm and friendly and very gentle with my cats. I was worried about leaving my two cats in a different environment as usually they have cat sitters visit at home. Alexandra made a lovely cosy corner for them, and sent me photos and updates each day to let me know that my kitties were doing ok. When I collected both cats, they were well and had been well looked after. I would book with Alexandra again, if she would have my cats again.
We couldn’t have been happier with Alexandra. She was so warm and caring with Ollie and really treated him like her own, so we never felt like he was away from home. He looked so happy and relaxed in every update and he even got three walks a day, which is more than he usually gets from us! 🙈😂 We felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands and would definitely be happy to leave Ollie with her again. Highly recommended!

Schedule
I work 100% from home, so your dog will have plenty of company and attention throughout the day. If I ever need to pop out briefly, my partner is also at home and can help care for them, so they won’t be left alone.

Safety, trust & environment
I’ll always follow your pet’s usual routine and any specific instructions you provide to help them feel settled and at home. My flat can comfortably accommodate up to three small dogs, two medium dogs or three cats overnight from the same household. I’m also very comfortable handling bigger dogs on walks.
A typical day
I love being outdoors and usually go for two to three walks a day, with Cherry Tree Wood, Highgate Wood and Codfall Wood all nearby. Walks can be adapted to your dog’s energy levels and routine, with plenty of playtime, attention and downtime at home in between.
