Alexandra is a nice person. However, she did not scoop the waste out of the litter box, as it was full of my cat's excrements, leaving an odour that would greet me on my arrival. There was no communication made in the notes, and often only one picture was provided. Less than the bare minimum. I'd be wary of booking her.
Alexe is great. I feel confident in her visits and her communication is fantastic. Thank you for your help Alexe!
