Hello! My name is Alexandra and I've had dogs ever since I was little. I've been the primary care taker of mainly dogs, but I've had cats before. I've worked in pet stores for three years, which has prepared me for a lot of unpredictable situations. An area I am confident in is caring for reactive dogs, as I've cared for them before. I'm also familiar with caring for both puppies and senior dogs. I'd love to help take care of your pet in the best way possible!

I love playful and energetic dogs and cats as well as laid back ones. Whatever you pet needs, I can adjust to make them happiest. With walks, I'll be able to keep up with whatever training standards are in place to allow for consistency whether it be outside for walks or inside. Tough players or pullers aren't a problem for me, however I'm pretty short and some dogs would potentially be able to overpower me, but I'm always willing to see if it would be a good fit. Anything I can do to ensure your pet is comfortable and safe, I will do.

Currently, my summer is completely open. I'm preparing for law school in the fall and would be happy to continue helping while continuing my education. I take care of my own animals and visit family, but otherwise I'm usually available. I also have a car, so travel is no issue for me.

- Please let me know if your dog is reactive to other dogs, children, or cats to ensure that both of us have a calm and safe experience. If your dog is large (80+ lbs) and is a big puller, it might be best for me to meet them first. I'm not very big and I wouldn't want to put your pet in a precarious situation if they could overpower me. Any medications that need to be given including supplements or if they're meant to wear anything specific when going out, like shoes or a coat if it's raining or cold.
