A typical day
Walks are a given, but mental/sensory stimulation is just as important! Playing hide and seek with treats and using puzzles are my go-to’s. I also like teaching basic commands if they don’t already know them.

Pet care experience
I’ve lived with a dog in my household for a large portion my life, first with our rat terrier rescue when I was growing up, and then with my college roommate’s Australian shepherd that we raised from a puppy. While I don’t currently have a pet of my own, I occasionally help care for friends pets and genuinely enjoy the opportunity to live vicariously through taking care of other people’s pets.

The dogs were well taken care of. It was great to get the updates and see our girls happy. The house was clean too! Thank you for being so thoughtful.
Alexandra did a professional job with our 13 year old, blind puppy. It takes our dog forever to go to the bathroom on walks and Alexandra was patient and kind. She made us feel comfortable with Bella in her care.
Alex took such great care of our dog and our home. The house look exactly like it did when we left and our dog was happy and healthy. Highly recommend her!!!
Absolutely recommend Alex as a dog sitter! She stayed at our house with our 85lb pit mix for a week. She sent us pictures everyday and took great care of our pup. When we came home the house was so clean. She’s very reliable and I felt totally comfortable with her in our house and knew that our dog was loved on and treated well.
