She was always on time, followed my dog’s boundaries and routines, and took great care of everything. She communicated well, caught a scheduling mix-up, and gave a temporary medication correctly. I really felt like I could trust her with my dog and would definitely ask if she is available and use the service again

I have personally known Alex for many years as a friend and a colleague in veterinary medicine. Alex has often been my pets caretaker when I am away, happily caring for my dog, my cats and my pet geckos. She has always been loving, gentle, and kind to my pets, to others pets and to the animals who had not found homes yet. When she pet sits, she is highly communicative, easy to reach and will send daily pictures of how everyone is doing. Even my shyest cats have come to absolutely adore Alex! I couldn't recommend her enough. When Alex watches your critters, you'll know they're in good hands. She has wide background knowledge of dogs, cats, reptiles and even farm pets, extending from behaviour to health. Her own pets are treated as beloved family members, and there is no doubt others pets will be treated the same.

My cat loves Alex because she put in the dedication to figure out how to gain her trust. Alex paid attention to my cat’s body language and preferences so well that my cat came to trust being picked up by her. She’s allowed very few people to pick her up. Alex earned that.

My cat, who dislikes most people, loves Alexandra. Alexandra has watched my cat several times. Alexandra has also helped with putting on my cat's flea and tick meds and nail trims.

She’s taken care of my five guinea pigs several times while I’ve been away on longer trips overseas, and I’ve always felt really comfortable leaving them with her. Five guinea pigs can be a lot to keep up with, but she’s always been reliable, patient, and great about making sure they’re fed, clean, and well taken care of. It’s such a relief knowing I have someone I trust with them when I’m far away. She really cares about animals, and I’d definitely feel comfortable having her watch my pets again.
