On my days off, I dedicate my time to providing structured and enjoyable walks tailored to each dog’s needs. Walks include safe leash handling, appropriate pacing, and opportunities for sniffing and mental stimulation. I ensure dogs get proper exercise while reinforcing good walking manners, offering water breaks as needed, and giving plenty of positive attention. After each walk, I check paws, refresh water bowls, and provide updates to owners so they feel confident their dog is happy, exercised, and well cared for.

Pet care experience

I have over seven years of hands-on pet care experience, including working in a busy doggy daycare and managing both a cattery and daycare facility. Throughout my career, I’ve cared for dogs and cats of all breeds, sizes, and personalities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness at all times. I’m deeply passionate about animal wellbeing, which extends into my personal life as well—I share my own beloved golden girl with my husband, and caring for her has further strengthened my understanding of the love, patience, and responsibility pets deserve.

Great sitter. Really friendly and great communication beforehand. Would happily leave Lola with Alexandra again. Thanks for making it so easy and taking the stress out of leaving Lola whilst we attended our sons graduation miles away from home x

Only one night, so it's difficult to give a full review. However, Alexandra was an enthusiastic and caring host; she welcomed both ourselves and our dog (Ringo) into her home. After visiting Alexandra we were confident that Ringo would be safe and well cared for while boarding with Alexandra; that confidence was well placed. Many thanks and we home to see you again soon!
