I was born into an animal-loving family - in fact, my very earliest memories all seem to center around my family's cats, dogs, and horses, and I helped to feed and care for them from childhood. I'm a middle-aged lady and I've had pets my whole life, so when I say I've got experience you know I'm not messing around! Friends and family trust me to take care of their pets when they're away, but I've even professionally cared for the animals at a natural history museum. (Did you know there is such a thing as monkey chow? And that turtles love it? It's true!) I've looked after dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors, sizes from 10 to 100+ lbs, mutts to pedigreed show dogs, special diets and medication, even disabled dogs. I guess it goes without saying I'm here because I love and have a strong rapport with animals, but people tell me their animals love me too. I know how important it is to have a sitter you and your pet can trust and that's who I strive to be.
