Alex was absolutely wonderful with Jules, my cat. She was prompt, reliable, and very attentive, making sure Jules was fed right on schedule and had everything she needed. I really appreciated that she took the time to play with her and give her some extra attention, which made a big difference. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Jules was in such good hands while I was away. Alex’s care and thoughtfulness made the whole experience so much easier, especially since we all know how hard it is to leave our fur babies behind.
