Dog lovers with an enclosed yard!
Hi! I'm Alex and my husband Jake and I are experienced and caring dog owners & sitters. We have one dog, the sweetest Beagle named Leroy, and recently had to say goodbye to our senior Beagle named Judy. I work from home and my husband is between jobs so we have plenty of time to care for new pup friends. We have a large, completely fenced yard and we welcome pets on the couch! We are experienced in senior care, caring for dogs with mobility issues (we have several ramps!) and administering medication on a schedule. We are attentive, patient, and appreciative of a dog's quirks. We will send you as many photos and videos as you'd like while your pup is in our care.

Alexandra watched our two dogs over a long weekend and did an amazing job. She took great care of our dogs in our home, sent texts and photos so we knew the dogs were in good hands and was very responsive to our questions. Overall this was a great experience and Alexandra did a great job. We look forward to her assistance again soon.
Alex was wonderful! She took great care of our quirky puppy and sent us updates and pictures throughout the stay. We (humans and pup) really enjoyed working with her!

Schedule
I currently work from home and my husband Jake is between jobs so we are both home the majority of the time. At lease one of us will always be home while your pet is in our care. We walk our dog Leroy at least 2x a day and play with him in between.

Safety, trust & environment
As the owner of a very inquisitive and naughty hound, our house is fully dog proofed. Additionally, we have a fully fenced back yard and gated areas to feed dogs separately. We have ramps if your dog needs help getting up to the couch, or down the two stairs to our backyard. Leroy is a gentle and extremely friendly dog, and is respectful of older pals.
Pets
A typical day
Our first priority is making your dog feel comfortable and loved. We'll tailor our activities to each pet's energy level and personality but typical activities are: Walks & outdoor time: Exploring our neighborhood, sniffing adventures, or hanging out in our fenced backyard to sunbathe or play. Interactive play: Fetch and puzzle toys! We have at least 10 puzzle toys / treat dispensing toys to keep your pup engaged. Cuddle time: For pets who prefer a calmer pace we have plenty of places to lounge around the house, including on the couch, and we love a snuggle.
