I am an experienced animal caregiver and dedicated animal love! Not only have I had pets my entire life; but I actually to went to college to learn more about them! My first Bachelor's degree is from Michigan State University and is in Animal Science and Biotechnology. My passion is loving and caring for others - especially those who cannot speak for themselves - like animals! I have experience working in a veterinary clinic as an assistant and receptionist, as well as experience working on a dairy farm and with a multitude of animals. I have the skill set to administer medications for pets that need it as well as care for ill or elderly pets as it occurs. I'm available to do drop-ins and walks on days when I am not working. Alexandra was timely as usual, she accommodated me on very short notice which I appreciated very much.
Alexandra took such great care of my pup while I was abroad for a week! She kept him busy, brushed him, loved on him and took him places with her. I received communication from her daily, including pictures and my house was in great shape when I returned. Most certainly will be using her services again!
Our dog shadow had a wonderful week long visit. He made himself right at home. We got updates with pictures and videos of him. Made us at ease that he was being loved. Shadow will definitely be back’
Alex did a great job with my puppy! We was new to cats and staying away from home. She kept us posted with updates the entire time. We felt very confident Lokey enjoyed his stay.

Schedule
I live in the Oxford/Lake Orion area and work 3days/week at a local hospital. Nursing is my full time job but I still enjoy loving and caring for animals and pets. I try to make my personal and work schedule accommodate the care and beds of your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced in yard with lots of grass and space for dogs to run around and play. Our home is a tri-level so comfortability with stairs as well as wood or carpet floors is helpful.

A typical day
We have a large fenced in yard for dogs and a very dog friendly neighborhood to go for walks in! We also have many dog and cat toys to entertain any pet!
