Hi there—we’re Alex & John! Welcome to Canary K9 Kings, our little slice of dog heaven. What started with one pup has grown into a big, happy pack of 6! We’re all about safe, cozy stays and personalized care, with plenty of play, snuggles, and rest in between. With 10+ years of experience, we treat your pets like family and make sure they feel right at home. ¡Hablamos español! **All dogs staying with us must be up to date on vaccines, including Bordetella, and crate trained for everyone’s safety and comfort, no exceptions**

Alex was very accommodating and flexible for our last-minute booking and through flight changes and delays which changed pick-up times. We met for a quick meet and greet prior to the stay which was helpful. It was comforting getting at least one text and picture of our dog each day. This was our first time using Rover and Alex and John and we are pleased with the booking.
Amazing! Took Daisy on walks and sent a good amount of pictures! I highly recommend booking with Alexandra and John!
We definitely recommend Alex and John to anyone that needs a pet sitter. Our puppy was happy when I picked him up. It was nice to see pictures and video of him. They asked questions about his eating schedule, etc. which let us know that they care about our puppy. We are so happy we found Alex and John.
Alex took great care of my puppy! He was there all day while I was at work, I got to enjoy pictures and videos she took of him throughout the day. He went on multiple walks which he loves! She was very accommodating to my schedule and quick to reply to any messages! I couldn’t recommend her more! My puppy can’t wait to go spend another day with Alex
I felt so at ease leaving my fur baby with John for a week! You can see the love he has for dogs and his expertise is such a comfort when I have to leave my baby behind again. He was easy to communicate with and I’ll definitely be using his service again. Thanks again John!
As someone who is invested in my dog's mental and physical well being, at times it can be hard to find someone who I can trust to care for her the way I do. John and his wife, Alex, both go above and beyond to ensure that every animal that enters their home is treated as if they're their own. They ask every question you can think of to make sure both you and your pet are comfortable and happy. They are also extremely well versed in dogs as a whole, including dogs who are on a raw diet. For the first time ever, after discovering John and Alex, I can go on vacation without worrying about my girl. As an owner of a large breed, often turned away, it's a relief to have a reliable sitter for her. I would recommend them both to anyone, no matter the breed or size of your pet!

Schedule
Working from home makes it easy to take care of my pets. I keep a regular schedule with breaks for things like walks and water refills, which helps me stay focused and balanced throughout the day.
