I’m currently working part-time and looking to add some pet care services to my schedule. Just a bonus day of work while being surrounded by fluff and love!

When I take dogs on walks, I make sure to keep a tight grip on the leash and keep an eye out for other animals and walkers around. Locking up the doors to the client’s home when coming in and out is another safety concern I find important.

I have worked with a wide range of animals in terms of age, size, and breed. There have been some animals I have administered medicine to, and can do so if need be. Please let me know if there are any other accommodations for your pet(s).

A typical day would include going into the clients home, if dog: walk and play with the dog, if cat: play with cat, fed the animals, and spend time cuddling and massaging them (as long as they like that). I like to give them a mix of high energy and tender, loving care.

I take pride in the impact I have on animals. My deep and tender care for them is unmatchable and it brings me so much joy to help them live their lives more easefully. I have done sporadic work my whole life with animals; having pets of my own, always being the one to volunteer to help neighbors, friends, and family, working on a farm, and even hosting class pets. In 2020, I started working for a pet service and was helping them walk dogs consistently, as well as occasional cat visits. The position felt really natural to me and I enjoyed the connections I made with the animals during that time. Erica pulled her business out of Philly and things shifted. Since then, I have helped families/friends with dog walks and cat visits. I am looking for something more consistent on Tuesdays! I have a reliable car and currently not willing to host any animals at my home.

Her compassion and sensitivity towards animals and people (she’s also babysat my children) shines through in everything she does. I wholeheartedly trust with my fur babies, my human children, and with my home.
Lex is one of the most caring animal lovers I’ve ever met! I’ve hired her multiple times to watch over my pets because of her excellent services. She’s looked after both my dog, Irving and my leopard gecko, Ruthie many times. She is trustworthy, patient, punctual, and easy to communicate with. I can’t recommend her enough!
We can’t say enough great things about Lexi! She’s always on time, takes such good care of Our Babies and always goes over and above! She even accommodated us with a last minute emergency! We never have to worry …She is kind, considerate and always happy to see the gals!!! I Would highly recommend her for any of Your pet sitting needs! She is The Best !!!
