I’ve taken care of dogs with a variety of different needs- including an elderly fellow who needed to be carried up stairs, a hearing-impaired friend who needed visual cues, and a small sir who needed extra supervision around household and neighborhood hazards.

Alex is a responsible and caring person, period. As a lifelong dog owner and healthcare worker, Alex's skills of compassion for all living things, accountability and professionalism stand out. I personally know Alex very well and know that she will respect and follow your dog's care wishes meticulously. Alex lives an active lifestyle, runs daily, and can help your dog get their steps in. (Her Harvard MD/PhD in progress perhaps also makes her over qualified for the job.) As a person who volunteers hundreds of hours for a dog non-for-profit for the last three years, working with dogs, vets, vet techs, dog handlers, and community members, I take seriously, the care of dogs. You can trust your four-legged family members with Alex, no doubt.
Alex is the perfect pet sitter! She's not only a medical student (smart, studious, detail-oriented) also grew up around pets (dogs). She is a lover of every pet - more than some people! - and treats any she meets as she would one of her own. I'm beyond confident she'll keep your pet safe and adhere to any requests or wishes you may have! She is seriously the sweetest person ever and she will take perfect care of your pets.
Alex provided the absolute best care for our dog Lady over 3 nights at our house. She left our house looking spotless and Lady was taken care of incredibly well. She was an excellent communicator and provided regular updates throughout the stay. We will 100% be using her again and are at ease having found someone we can completely trust with our home and dog. We couldn’t recommend her enough!
As Alex's coworker, I am happy to report that she is kind, responsible, and diligent and loves dogs. She's probably the first person I'd ask to take care of my own pets when traveling.
Alex is and has been a trustworthy and responsible caretaker of dogs and cats, one guinea pig and one iguana (and though less relevantly here, younger cousins and siblings) for many years. She loves dogs dearly. She's an excellent dogwalker and a trustworthy petsitter, but she's also someone who just likes to spend time with a dog. She'll provide your pet with care, attention, and a whole lot of love.

Schedule
I spend most of my time reading, writing, and studying, which all can (and should!) be done in the presence of a dog! Most of my work is remote!
