A home away from home
Alex: Before moving to Germany I provided dog sitting services for many years, both for friends and family as well as through other dog sitting platforms in the UK. I looked after dogs whether it was just for a walk and also overnight stays when their owners were going on holiday. I am a huge lover of dogs and always aim to give them a comfortable environment where they feel safe and at home. Giorgio: I grew up in a household where dogs were always part of the family. I take care of my parents’ dog when I visit them. I speak German, English, Italian and Spanish, and I’m sure I’ll find ways to communicate with your dog as well :)

We had such a great experience with Alex. She was reliable, caring, and looked after our dog Annie as if she was her own. Annie absolutely adores Alex and was clearly very happy and well looked after, which gave us complete peace of mind. Highly recommend!
Alex is an absolutely brilliant dog-sitter! She has looked after my Labrador many, many times, including when he was only 9 weeks old. My dog has always come home super happy, exercised, well-fed and always loved going back to stay with her; I’ve always felt so comfortable and confident leaving him with Alex! Alex is dependable and super flexible so will be able to accommodate your dog-sitting needs. I would definitely recommend Alex as a reliable and friendly person to look after your dog!

Schedule
We both currently work from home two days a week, alternating on which days we are at home with good flexibility on which days we go in to the office. We also own our apartment which gives us the ability to have dogs to stay when you need someone to look after your pet for longer

Safety, trust & environment
When we have dog sat in the past we try to maintain the same routine the dog is used to, particularly at nighttime (e.g. if they are used to sleeping in a crate or not). We don’t have a garden, although there is a secure balcony. We are based in Stuttgart West so near to lots of parks and outdoor space for regular walks and toilet breaks.
A typical day
Lots of long walks, with plenty of play either with dog toys we have already or their favourite toy that they bring with them. We can also ensure there will be plenty of time for relaxing and cuddles.
