Your dog’s home away from home
Hey I’m Allie! I work from home and decided to pick up rovering due to my flexible work schedule and to give my dog Amy an occasional friend :) I have an active 2 year old so it is important that your dog is okay around young kids (either previously or during a meet and greet!). Your dog won’t be unsupervised around her however she is very active. She has also interacted with and loved many rovers at this point too! Otherwise, we are very active and love taking long walks / hikes every weekend, and typically do so with our rover residents if they enjoy this!

From the initial meet & greet, we were excited about leaving our big boy with Alexandra and she was just terrific. She sent multiple updates & pics every day, which we love, and she was great about getting input on our dog's preferences and quirks. Our pooch was calm & relaxed when we picked him up and we will definitely use Alexandra again!
Our pup stayed with Ally for an overnight so we could attend a Red Rocks concert. She was amazing from the start reaching out to make sure our pup had all his needs met in advance. She continued to communicate and send pics throughout the stay which helped us to feel assured that everything was going well. Our pup has a fear of thunder. There were a couple rumbles and Ally was patient and helped him through it. She showed a lot of concern for his well-being and happiness. I would definitely use Ally again and would highly recommend her to others!
Alexandra does such a great job with Ella! She sends me text updates, pictures, and asked questions when needed. I’m so glad I can trust her to talk Ella on walks while I’m working in person.

Alexandra and her wonderful family took such great care of our Honey puppy! She kept me updated on how she was doing all weekend. They truly treated her like family allowing her to share their bed with them. We will be booking her again and again!

Schedule
My work from home allows me a very flexible work schedule to provide walks / exercise throughout the day as needed! Our yard also allows additional outdoors time.

Safety, trust & environment
Recently moved into a house with a fenced yard so we have plenty of space and have no problem with pets on the furniture. We have lots of toys and provide lots of cuddles!

A typical day
Plenty of walks around the neighborhood as well as longer ones (typically on hikes or walks around local state parks on weekends) as wanted or needed! Otherwise, plenty of snuggles and hang out time.
