Passionate Pet Care You Can Trust

Hi, I'm Alexandra! Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for them is something I genuinely love. When your pet is with me, they're treated like family. My goal is for you to leave knowing they're safe, loved, and having a great time while you're away. I'm CPR certified, so you can have extra peace of mind knowing your pet is in caring and capable hands. Here's what you can expect during each stay: -Fresh spring water and clean food bowls every day. -Plenty of love, playtime, cuddles, and one-on-one attention. -Daily brushing (if your pet enjoys it). -Walks around the neighborhood, local parks, or dog parks if they're comfortable around other dogs. -If your dog enjoys little adventures and you're comfortable with it, I'd love to take them for a scenic walks. -Care that's tailored to your pet's personality, routine, and comfort level. Over the years, I've cared for dogs, cats, parrots, ducks, ferrets, squirrels, and many other animals. I've even rescued wildlife in need, so I'm patient, observant, and always pay close attention to what an animal is trying to tell me. Building trust with every pet is one of my favorite parts of pet sitting. I know how much it means to leave your pet with someone you trust, and I'd be honored to care for yours as if they were my own. Holiday Policy: Christmas and New Year's bookings require a minimum stay of 5 nights so I can dedicate my time and attention to the pets in my care.

House Sitting • Jul 27, 2026

After another sitter canceled our booking at the last minute, we needed someone to house-sit within a day or two, and Alexandra came to the rescue! She took wonderful care of our cats for nine days and kept us updated throughout our trip. The photos she sent gave us so much peace of mind knowing our cats were happy and well cared for. We would absolutely book with Alexandra again!

Schedule

I’m a college student with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time to give your pet the attention they deserve. I attend evening classes and reside with my mother who also loves animals and has pet sitting clients ( basically there’s someone always home) Animals have always been a passion of mine, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. You can count on me to provide plenty of playtime, walks, cuddles, feeding, potty breaks, and personalized care to keep your pet happy, safe, and comfortable.

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I’ve researched which common houseplants can be toxic to pets, so I don’t keep any unsafe plants in my home. I use only pet- and child-safe cleaning products, and I have indoor cameras to help ensure pets are always supervised when I’m away from the room. I follow each pet’s routine, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications (if needed), and any special instructions. Home and backyard is fully gated. I treat every pet with the same love, patience, and care I would give my own.

A typical day

Every pet is different, so I tailor the day to their personality, energy level, and routine. We’ll enjoy walks, playtime, enrichment games, and plenty of affection. I make sure they have fresh spring water, clean food bowls, bathroom breaks, and lots of opportunities to sniff, explore, and have fun. If your dog enjoys adventures and you’re comfortable with it, I also love taking them to local parks or the Hoboken waterfront for a change of scenery ( with your permission) My goal is for your pet to feel safe, happy, loved, and cared for while you’re away.

The more I know about your pet, the better I can care for them. Please tell me about their daily routine, feeding schedule, medications, allergies, favorite toys, fears, triggers, and any behaviors I should be aware of. I also like to know how they interact with other people, dogs, or cats, whether they’re allowed treats, and what helps them feel most comfortable. My priority is to keep your pet safe, reduce stress, and make their time with me feel as close to home as possible.
