I’ll care for your pet like mine!
In adidtion to my lifetime of experience caring for my own pets; small dogs, large dogs, cats, rabbits, lizards and turtles, I have years of professional experience. I began boarding and dog sitting in college in 2019, through my years as a special education teacher. In 2020, I also worked part-time at a local animal shelter, cleaning, feeding and preparing dogs and cats for adoption. It was here that I fell in love with my Bully Mix. Because of her behavioral issues, I quickly became obsessed with learning all things dog. Almost two years ago, I left my teaching position to be a full-time dog trainer. I am passionate about the mental and physical well-being of dogs and supporting their families.

We had a last minute trip pop up & we panicked when we realized taking our animals was not an option. Alexandra accepted our booking & went above and beyond to care for our animals. She also gave us frequent updates & photos, which really eased my anxiety of leaving them behind. I would recommend her to anyone & will be using her services again!

We were a little nervous using a new dog sitter for the first time after recently moving to the area, but Alexandra quickly put our minds at ease. She was absolutely wonderful with our dogs! She sent us daily updates and pictures, and it was clear our pups were happy, relaxed, and well cared for. We truly appreciated the communication and could tell she treated them like her own. We’ll definitely be reaching out to her again the next time we’re away!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule that allows me to care for your pets most days and times. I walk and exercise my dogs regardless of the weather and temperatures, so I am willing to do the same for yours!

My female terrier mix is selective when it comes to her dog friends. I would ask that a meet and greet would always be done, on neutral territory. She is crated when we leave. All dogs would be kept separate when I am not home.

A typical day
I am willing to follow you and your dogs routine to the best of my ability. My objective is to make your dog feel as safe and loved as possible. The following activities are things that I do with my dogs on a regular basis: Long walks in the neighborhood Hikes Trail walks Runs Play with toys Agility training
