Hello! I'm Alex, and I'm currently pursuing a DVM/PhD in comparative behavior and genetics in dogs and humans. Dogs are a huge passion of mine (though I love cats too!), and I've been dog (and cat) sitting regularly since 2017. I have experience with a wide variety of pets, including puppies, seniors, rescues, purebreds, and anxious or high-energy dogs or those with behavioral problems. Because I work partially from home, I can offer a flexible schedule and attentive care. I always aim to make pets feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while keeping owners updated and informed. I will always have an eye on them, and will make sure to prioritize their needs. I do not generally leave dogs alone to roam, especially if I do not know them well, and make sure to only pet sit when I know I can provide them with attention.

Alexandra took good care of our cat while we were away! We loved seeing the photos, especially the ones of our cat cuddled up and getting lots of love. :) We would love to have her pet sit again!
Alex was so great with our two pups ! She spent so much time with their walks , made sure medications were given as needed, and was very easy to communicate with . I will definitely be using her for our future pup needs . 💕
Alex did drop in visits and walks for our pets while we had to take a quick trip out of town. She was wonderful. You could tell they were all well taken care of! She sent photos / updates. Highly recommend her to watch your fur babies!
Alex went above and beyond to care for our two pups - one with anxiety and the other an old gal. Both needed meds and special instructions. Couldn't have been more pleased with her care!
I cannot say enough nice things. We haven’t used a sitter in years, just family, but we needed one this time and we hit the jackpot! Our dogs LOVE her. We got so many happy puppy face pictures. We felt so comfortable that our babes were in such loving and careful hands. She even bought them treats and toys because she was worried they were bored with us gone. She’s amazing and we will 100% be booking with her again.
