Cosy loving home next to Bushy Park 💖🌳🐶
Hello! I adore animals and grew up with lots of pets 🥰 I had rabbits and cats growing up and more recently had a very lively cocker spaniel. I’m confident with puppies as well as senior dog care and will provide a loving temporary home for your furry best friend. I like to meet up before confirming a booking to ensure it’s a good fit and that I’m the right sitter for you. I love the outdoors and long walks come rain or shine and I’m lucky enough to live within walking distance of beautiful Bushy Park. I love jumping in the car and exploring all the lovely walks Surrey has to offer too, but only with your permission and if you feel comfortable with that. Over the past few years I’ve looked after dogs in the local area and found it to be perfect for myself and my daughter as I can’t currently commit to owning a dog myself but love having them around. I’m attentive, safety aware, responsible and loving with animals in my care. My almost teen daughter has grown up with a cocker spaniel and is great around dogs too. Alexandra took care of our small dog, Poppy, for a week. She was very responsive and took such lovely care of Poppy. We would regularly get photos of them on walks, cuddling on the sofa etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to ask Alexandra to take care of Poppy again!
Alexandra did a wonderful job of looking after Teddy. She checked various aspects of how best to care for Teddy which was very reassuring. We would definitely ask Alexandra to help us in the future.
Alexandra took great care of our little Po. She followed the routine closely and we got frequent updates during the week. Po looked happy and settled and got plenty of cuddles, which was lovely to see!
Alexandra was great. We met in the park briefly the day before to see if Lola would get on with her. She was very communicative and friendly. I will definitely book dog care with her again. Highly recommended!
This was Bonnie's first time staying with Alexandra - she was so well looked after and has come home a very happy dog!
Monty had a great time staying with Alex recently - plenty of walks and lots of cuddles. Updates with pictures and videos were regular throughout his stay

Schedule
I mostly WFH and have some flexibility with my diary during the week. Two days a week I have school pick up a short drive away and I’m happy to take dogs with me. I’m near Carlisle Park and can easily pop out for toilet breaks and short walks. Towards the end of the day I’ll go for longer walks to Bushy Park, Richmond Park, or on weekends I’ll jump in the car to go further into Surrey and the Downs with your permission.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a safe flat with a beautiful garden. Im careful, responsible, attentive and safety aware and make sure dogs get regular breaks outdoors as well as longer walks. I don’t let dogs off the lead unless given permission and I can see recall is good. I make sure dogs feel relaxed and at home, have a good routine, and get plenty of cuddles, exercise and playtime during the day. I’ll wash them down if they’re muddy and make sure they are warm and dry afterwards, perhaps with their favourite treat :) I’ll stick to your preferred feeding routine and I’m happy to have dogs sleep in my room if that’s what they’re used to.
A typical day
Lots of cuddles and play time indoors. A walk to Carlisle park with a ball or stick and then back home. If they’re very lucky they might get an extra treat 🦴 And we’ll go for a longer walk in Bushy Park if it’s an all day booking/time allows. I love jumping in the car to explore further afield if you’re comfortable with that. Box Hill and Esher are favourites.
