I cannot thank this woman enough! I feel she went above and beyond. I was stuck at work on a double and couldn't find any dog walker and I finally explained my situation. It was far, super late and last minute booking and she still helped me out. I would 100% recommend and if she wasnt so far I'd ask her to walk Sage again. My dog was nice and tired and well hydrated when i got home. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Alexandra took incredible care of my fur baby; sending photos, giving treats, playing with and entertaining Esty, giving me peace of mind during my vacation. When I got home, Esty was happy to see me but not meowing or acting erratically; which, to me, is a sign that she was very well looked after for my 8 days away from home. Alexandra went above and beyond and I’m thankful to have found such a caring sitter!

I wish I could find the words to describe how frustrated, disappointed and distraught I felt by this experience. When I tried to reach out to discuss a meet and greet after booking the visits, it was only after I said I'd need to cancel due to being unable to contact her that I was able to immediately receive a response. Something had come up, and things happen, so I decided to go ahead with the booking, even though I wish I hadn't. When the time came for the first visit, I sent a message an hour prior hoping for an update, but unfortunately again, no response. It was only after involving Rover Support that I was able to almost immediately receive a response again, with her informing me that she would be an hour and a half late, making it almost 15 hours since my dog was let outside and had not received his medication. I sent another message almost an hour and a half later, asking if she would arrive soon, only to be told no because once again, something had come up. At this point in time, I was in a different province, unable to come home and take care of not only my dog, but my cat as well that I had left in her care. I hope no one else will have to go through this experience, as the stress and anxiety of not knowing when or if someone will actually show up to take care of your family, while you are almost 2000 kilometers away and unable to do a single thing was horrifying.

Very communicative, and responsive to a last minute check in. Felt very relieved to have Alexandra come into my home to give my kitty his insulin injection. Highly recommend.
