I have 20 years experience working with all types of fury, feathered and scaled friends. Comfortable and confident working with something as small as mouse or as big as a horse. My background in veterinary medicine should give you some peace of mind. I have several clients I have worked with through years and the majority of my pet sitting clients I met through my years in the pet industry not through this app. My love for animals is unmeasurable and your loved ones will be in good hands. I will care for them as I would want my own to be cared for. Mother/caregiver of 2 cats and 1 dog (rescues), 2 lizards and 3 ponds with a variety of aquatic and semi-aquatic life. Alex always takes great care of dogs and cats when we are away! She even makes sure our shy cat gets extra love and handling giving our other cat oral meds as needed.
Alexandra did a great job dropping in and taking care of our dogs. She sent us pictures and let us know how they were doing.

This was our first experience with Rover.com, and honestly, we were a bit anxious about entrusting our dogs and home to a stranger. However, Alex turned out to be fantastic! Our male rottweiler can be quite a handful, but we felt at ease with Alex because she’s a vet tech. Her expertise made it clear she knew how to manage dogs with various temperaments. Everything went smoothly on her end. She kept us updated during our trip, which really put our minds at rest. When we returned, the house was spotless; she even washed the bed sheets and towels she used. Alex treated our dogs and home like they were her own. We highly recommend her services and will definitely book with her again!
Alexandra was outstanding!!! She took care of our varied pack of cats and dogs ages 1yr-14yrs while we were away. One of our cats takes meds every other day. I felt very assured our fur babies were well care fur while we were on vacation. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.
It was clear upon meeting Alex that she loves dogs. She provided updates during my trip and left the house in great shape. Dogs seemed well upon my return. Hoping to use her again in the future

Schedule
I have a part time job in which I make my own hours. My schedule is very flexible at the moment which allows me plenty of time to care for others.

I can not house other animals at my house but have been doing overnights and dog walking for many years. I have CPR and first aid training, safety is my top priority.

A typical day
Activities all depend on each individual pet. I am an athletic individual with a love for outdoors ready to go on long walks or fun games of fetch. I also thoroughly enjoy some down time. Either when the pups are tuckered out or are generally more couch potato individuals, a good cuddle session is always appreciated are traded for belly rubs.
