Patient and attentive.
We love dogs of all backgrounds. I work from home so have a lot of time for walks and cuddles. We have always taken care of rescue dogs, some from Romania, Portugal or Bulgaria. We also have had full breeds like Spaniels, Cockapoos, Labradors and Alsacians. We don't allow pets on furniture or in our bedroom so make sure this is ok for you when you book please.

Alex was fantastic! Carmela was looked after perfectly and received loads of love and attention. We felt completely at ease knowing she was in such caring hands. Highly recommended!
Alexandra was amazing and very friendly. It was my first time of using Rover so I was a little nervous, but Alexandra put me at ease straight away. Mabel really enjoyed her time and she kept me updated with photos of their adventures . I would defintely recommend Alexandra if you need doggy day care in Keswick.
Alexandra was absolutely wonderful with our little dog, Emily! It was Emily's first time staying away from home and we were both a little nervous. As soon as we met Alex, all our fears were alieveated. She was warm and kind and personable. Emmy liked her straight away. We received lots of pictures of their time together. It made our trip so much easier knowing our dog was in good hands. I cannot recommend Alexandra enough! She was the best dog sitter ever!
Alex was super responsive, listened to care instructions and was really great with my exuberant girl from the start. She kept me updated with photos and videos the whole time and I felt completely reassured that Koda was in safe hands. I could tell Alex and her partner really enjoyed having her around and I look forward to meeting them again! Highly recommend Alex :)
Finn was well looked after with many updates. We felt super confident leaving him with Alexandra. She was very confident and you could tell she's a dog lover. Would absolutely recommend.
Alexandra was brilliant! Very friendly, great communication and our dog Ivy had a really good time with her :) Alexandra was very professional and gave us total confidence leaving Ivy with her after not being able to meet before hand as we don’t live in the area. If we’re ever in Keswick again needing dog care we’d absolutely book again!

Schedule
We can welcome dogs any day of the week and weekends, for a few nights too as long as the dogs are happy to sleep in another room than our bedroom.

Patience, calm voice, no unexpected movements. I would always use a lead unless the dog's recall is good and this was discussed with the owner.
A typical day
I work from home so can tailor my days depending on the dog I will have with me. I am very flexible with my time.
