I’m currently working part time as a hostess meaning that I have lots of free time to devote to dog walking and the best care possible. I love going on hikes and walks either way so dog walking will fit easily into the routine I already have established.

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours their safety and well-being always come first. I follow any instructions closely and make sure pets are never left unattended in unsafe situations. I keep a calm and clean space and am careful to remove anything that could be a hazard. When pet sitting at a client’s home, I respect the space and maintain the pets routine to help them feel secure and at ease. I’m mindful about doors, gates, and leashes to prevent escapes and keep everyone safe.

To give your pet the best care possible, it helps me to know their routine, any quirks about them, medical needs, or behaviors I should be aware of ahead of time. Please inform me of any allergies, medications, or special handling around other dogs, people, or certain situations. I’m happy to follow any specific feeding, waking, or sleeping routine that’s help them feel comfortable. I’m totally okay with almost all accommodations needed, just let me know so I can plan accordingly!
A typical day
I tailor the activities I do to the dogs personality but typically I take the dogs I watch on hikes, fields they can run around in, and dog parks. We usually play fetch and run around together. For dogs that prodded a slower pace we do gentle strolls, pets and cuddles. If your dog has a specific routine or favorite toy, I make sure to include those in the fun. I’m always happy to send photos or videos of the fun activities your dog and I would be doing together.

Pet care experience
I grew up with many different dogs of different sizes, ages and energy levels and have pet sit and dog walked for a variety since then. Dogs seem to easily trust me and friends and neighbors often trust me with their pets because I adjust my approach to each dog to make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I am calm under pressure and genuinely adore all pups.
