Hi everyone! I started working with Rover for 3 years during the pandemic and absolutely loved the pet friends and families I had the chance to meet. My clients have been a variety, from puppies to elders, big and small. In addition, if your dog needs any special care, I’m experienced and comfortable with providing medicine and shots. Personally I’ve had a Portuguese Water, a Pekingese and a Red Nose Pitbull. No discrimination here, all breeds are different but all deserve the same amount of love and care! I love to go on walks with them and take them to a dog park if they want to make some friends. Dogs just make life better! Dog Walking/Drop In: I prefer a Meet and Greet before just to make sure everyone is comfortable and process runs smoothly. Meet and Greets: I do prefer meet and greets, I believe they make the whole process more comfortable for everyone. If you can’t schedule one or an emergency comes up and you need a sitter, you can always text or call me as well so we can get better acquainted. After the meet and greet please let me know within 24 hours if we are confirmed or not. This allows me to plan accordingly and also open services to other clients. Charlie my little guy is always taken care of and happy when Alex and Fernando visit. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family, as well as continue to use them for future dog walks.
We always feel so at ease when Alex and Fernando are watching Daisy for us. It’s her home away from home! They are so easy going and care greatly about animals. They are also so accommodating. We had to extend our trip due to our plane being delayed and it was no problem for Daisy to stay with them an extra day.
Alexandra and Fernando have watched my Jenny already countless times, I have never felt more confident in going away and leaving my dog with someone. You can tell that they both genuinely love animals. My dog is 9 yrs old and a bit spoiled so to have someone that not only understands that but has compassion towards her uniqueness and manages the care to it, well you can't just find that anywhere. They are like family! :)
Just got back from vacation, and it was the first one that I've left my dog Mocha with someone we didn't know. Well let me start by saying that she exceeded our expectations. She kept us well informed throughout the 10 days we were away; sending us regular texts, pictures and video (at times). We were so grateful for her keeping us in touch, as my greatest fear was leaving my dog in the wrong hands, but she was certainly a great choice! My dog is a Pitbull with loads of energy, so she was walked, and sometimes went for runs with Alexandra. She is in good shape, but was in better shape when we returned, and very happy! I highly recommend Alexandra, and will certainly hire her again in the near future! My husband is a bit "OCD" but let me say that he was thrilled that our home was so clean when we returned as well! She just watched my 4.5 month old puppy for a week. My baby did great , was happy and the house was spotless. She even taught him a new trick! Washed the sheets and washed his dishes. Couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. I almost don’t want to tell everyone how great she did, they might steal her from me!
