I grew up with two dogs from the age of nine, so caring for animals has been part of my life since childhood. I’m calm, attentive, and quick to read a pet’s body language and needs. I’m patient with nervous or high energy pets, comfortable with routines like medication or special diets, and treat every animal like my own.

Safety comes first. In your home, I follow your routines and instructions exactly, from feeding and medication schedules to specific house rules, and I monitor pets closely rather than leaving them unsupervised for long stretches. I communicate proactively with updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing.

Alexander is a great fit for all kinds of dogs. He’s active and loves a long walk or hike for high-energy pups, but he’s also incredibly sweet, patient, and attentive with older or more relaxed dogs. He’s dependable, caring, and genuinely loves animals. Having grown up with dogs, he understands how important it is to give them plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and care. He’s wonderful with my larger dog, Karl, and always makes sure he feels loved and well cared for. Anyone would be lucky to have him looking after their pet!
Alec looked after our cockapoos for years. He was affectionate and attentive. He’s good to follow specific care instructions including picky food preferences or medication. He is health-and- safety-conscious, mindful of potential hazards. He’s young and fit so can give an active dog a good hearty walk, or he can accommodate and be gentle with the slow pace of an older dog. We’ll be booking him to look after our new cockapoo puppy.
