Flexible, Experienced Cat Sitter
I've had cats all my life. Right now, I have two (strictly indoor) cats in the city that I love to care for and spoil. One is outgoing and one is shy, so I am used to handling their different personalities with care daily. I also grew up with many cats and dogs, so I am very comfortable around all sorts of animals, including young, special needs, and senior pets. With decades of experience around pets, I take cat-care responsibilities very seriously. But I also love to make new animal friends and I will treat your pets as if they are my own. I'll ensure that they are safe and happy, and that they're having fun. And I'll keep you updated and share photos — I know firsthand how important it is to see how they're doing while you're away!

Safety, trust & environment
I have two indoor cats, and all of my family cats throughout my life have been indoor cats. I do everything I can to ensure that both my own pets and pets that I care for are in a safe environment, and that they are happy, cozy, and healthy at home. I’m also independently insured through Pet Sitters Associates (PSA) for additional peace of mind.

Alex was wonderful with my cats, one of whom is asthmatic and the other who is super anxious. They warmed up to him right away. He was generous with his time and effort, and with the daily photos, which helps me feel much better about leaving my cats at home while I was away!
Alexander was great with our cats! He took lots of notes during the meet and greet and was super communicative while we were out of town. Our cats are definitely happy and seem well taken care of. He also watered our plants and they are still alive (not always the case when we get sitters)! He also sent lots of cute cat pictures which was highly appreciated!
Alexander has made our travel planning so easy after just one booking! We were so happy with his punctuality, his thorough and easy communication and how immediately Eloise took to him that I don’t have to worry about finding a cat sitter in the future, unless Alexander’s unavailable! From the meet and greet visit, he impressed us with thoughtful questions about Eloise’s care, took notes, and alleviated any concerns we may have had about leaving our girl and our home alone. The expression is trite but the sentiment isn’t, Alexander is a 10/10 cat sitter would book again!!!!
