Does your dog need a running buddy?
I can run with your dog (only for dogs >1 year)! As a former Division 1 collegiate cross country and track runner, I often log many miles during the week. My girl Ember is my go-to running buddy, so I'm quite used to having a four-legged friend accompany me. If this is something in which you and your dog would be interested, please state that in your walk request. Current running rate is $35 for a 30 minute run (not currently accepting 60 min run requests). I've also always had a huge soft spot for dogs, so I enjoyed many neighborhood dog-sitting opportunities growing up. While in college, I participated in 4 Paws for Ability, which helps socialize puppies for future training as service dogs for children with disabilities. I have also fostered puppies and rescue dogs with traumatic pasts, so I have experience with all personalities. All of these experiences have been so wonderful, and it would be a pleasure to care for your precious pup as well!

I prefer to walk in quieter neighborhoods to keep any large distractions and hazards to a minimum, while also giving your pet the exercise and stimulation he/she needs to thrive.

Can’t say enough positive things about Alexa! Took care of my foster puppies as if they were her own and could not have been more kind, caring, professional and understanding about the puppies needs and my sporadic schedule/long hours!

I watched Alexa’s dog once and today she walked my boy! It’s very clear that Alexa treats all animals like she does Ember. She was communicative and helped me out last minute. Ember joined her while walking my dog which I’m sure Amos appreciated. Thank you so much Alexa!!

Schedule
I currently attend graduate school with classes on only Mondays and Wednesdays, and I work from home part-time, so my schedule is fairly flexible to take your pup on a fun adventure!
