Love animals, outdoors & exploring
Working with animals is not a job for me because I enjoy it and care for animals greatly. Besides having cared for them all my life, I have worked with my animals, dogs and cats in shelters, and I have my most recent professional experience which was working with New Horizons Service Dogs. I fostered a golden retriever puppy for 10 months and during that time I taught him basic commands which began his training to becoming a service dog. I even have experience helping family take care of miniature horses, goats, pigs, dogs, and cats. I am responsible, punctual, organized, and will go above and beyond to take care of your pets. Animals deserve to be loved, spent time with and be treated with the same decency you treat family.

My house is pet proof- I keep things off the floors other than dog toys as my pups like to get into things. I also have a completely fenced in back yard where the dogs can run around.

Alexa is reliable and trust worthy. My dog stayed with her multiple times a week and also boarded when I had to go out of state. I didn’t have to worry about her at all. My dog would flat out get excited when she knew we were on our way to drop off and when she would see Alexa.
I am sooooo happy to have met Alexa! My dogs first sleep over ever was with Alexa. She opened her home with hugs & warmth. She made my dog feel very welcomed and treated her with so much love and care. My dog suffers with high anxiety but Alexa definitely did everything to help keep my dog happy that I even felt comfortable with extending the stay because my dog ended up having a great time with her pups. Thank you so much Alexa! Definitely recommend and will be running to her again when in need of a doggy sitter ?

Really appreciate Alexa and her attention to detail, brought in the mail and emptied the trash to point out just two small things she did while watching our pets. She did a great job taking care of them and will certainly reach out again next time we need assistance.

Schedule
I work from home so I am able to be with my pets and anyones I take into my care. I have that flexibility to go for additional walks, let them run outside in my fenced in backyard and make sure everyone is happy.
