I cannot recommend Alexa highly enough! She has been absolutely wonderful caring for my 15-week-old German Shepherd puppy, Josie, during drop-in visits. Having someone I can trust with such a young puppy and with my home means a great deal, and Alexa has consistently exceeded my expectations. Alexa is incredibly dependable, punctual, thorough, respectful, and highly flexible with my schedule. More importantly, she genuinely cares about Josie and her well-being. Raising a German Shepherd puppy certainly comes with its share of surprises and occasional messes, and Alexa has repeatedly gone above and beyond whenever needed. She has helped clean up after Josie, made sure she is comfortable and properly cared for, and handled the unexpected things that inevitably come with having a young puppy. One example that really demonstrates how thoughtful Alexa is: she has personally bought Josie two different chew toys, both of which Josie absolutely loves! What impressed me even more is that the toys were thoughtfully chosen and appropriate for Josie’s size, breed, and current stage of life. That kind of attention shows me that Alexa is thinking about Josie as an individual puppy and genuinely cares about keeping her happy, engaged, and appropriately occupied as she grows. What really sets Alexa apart is her attention to detail and willingness to help beyond the basics of a drop-in visit. She has brought in packages, made sure everything is secure, locked up carefully, and treated my home with the same level of respect and responsibility I would hope for from someone I trust completely. She is also extremely accommodating when my schedule changes, which has been invaluable. I never feel as though Alexa is simply checking a box or rushing through a visit. She is attentive, responsible, communicative, and clearly takes pride in providing excellent care. Most importantly, I have tremendous confidence knowing Josie is in Alexa’s hands. That peace of mind is priceless, especially with a puppy this young. Alexa has earned my complete trust, and I am incredibly grateful for the care, flexibility, thoughtfulness, and extra effort she consistently provides. If you are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, conscientious, flexible, and genuinely committed to caring for your pet, I wholeheartedly recommend Alexa. She has been exceptional and consistently goes well beyond what I would normally expect from a drop-in sitter. Josie and I are very fortunate to have her!

Alexa is amazing! She is kind, patient, and incredibly professional. From conducting an initial meet-and-greet, to taking personal notes that would help her know exactly what to do with our pets, to sending detailed updates (including pictures) at each visit, she honestly thought of everything! Our kitties were so well cared for, and the house looked pristine….we would trust her with anything! Need a pet-sitter? Alexa is your gal!
