I grew up with a sweet black lab who taught me just how special the bond between people and pets can be. Since graduating college, I’ve been dog sitting and walking for pups around my town, caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. What sets me apart is my calm, caring approach and genuine love for animals. I make it a priority to learn each dog’s routine and preferences so they feel comfortable, safe, and happy—whether we’re on a walk, snuggling on the couch, or sticking to a medication schedule. I have experience with: Senior dogs who need a slower pace and a little extra TLC Energetic dogs who need structured walks and play Basic training reinforcement (sit, stay, leash manners) I'm dependable, communicative, and always ready to treat your dog like family!

Alexa is incredible-it’s obvious she’s a passionate animal lover because she was so wonderful caring for our puppy! She spent the day taking care of Ruby and really tired him out playing fetch and taking him for a long walk. She shared lots of pictures of their adventures. On top of that Alexa has the best personality-very responsible, dependable, and just bubbly! Definitely hope to use Alexa a lot in the future, she’s the BEST!
I’ve known Alexa for 3+ years and have seen her interact with many dogs and other animals. Alexa loves animals and is so good with them. When she comes to my house she is so patient with both of my rescue dogs, as they aren’t the best around people that aren’t their family. Alexa is a very caring, compassionate and generous person. She is so gentle and kind, I would definitely recommend her to sit or walk someone’s pet(s)!

Schedule
I’m currently taking online graduate courses at Gordon College, which gives me a very flexible schedule throughout the week. Since I can work from home and set my own hours, I’m able to dedicate time during the day for walks, drop-ins, or extended stays—whatever your pet needs. Whether it’s a morning walk, midday check-in, or overnight care, I’m happy to work around your schedule to make sure your pet feels loved and cared for while you’re away.

I currently live with my parents, so I only offer pet care in my clients’ homes. This allows your pet to stay in their familiar environment, which helps reduce stress and keeps them feeling safe and comfortable. I always follow any house instructions you provide—whether it’s feeding schedules, walk routines, or special care details—and I do my best to keep everything just the way you left it. I’m respectful of your space, attentive to your pet’s needs, and committed to keeping them happy, healthy, and secure while you're away.
A typical day
A typical day with me includes plenty of fresh air, playtime, and belly rubs! I love starting the day with a nice walk—whether it’s around the neighborhood, at a local park, or even a trip to the beach if your pup is up for it. If you have a yard, I’m all about games of fetch or just hanging outside for some sun and sniff time. Throughout the day, I’ll follow your pet’s routine, making sure they get meals, potty breaks, and lots of attention. I’m happy to keep things calm for older pets who just want company, or keep things active and fun for high-energy pups. And of course, there will be plenty of cuddles and love in between.
