I currently work a 8-5 schedule from Monday's - Friday's. I usually go straight home and walk / feed the animals i care for and make sure all of their needs are met.

i always try to let them roam around me and play with them carefully to establish a healthy relationship. I let them come to me so they feel comfortable; not overwhelmed with being around a new person. i love being outside with dogs and doing fun training skills with them, going on walks and playing. I tend to leave the cats to wander and approach me as they feel comfortable, careful to not invade their space or spook them. Create a healthy boundary and establish a good relationship

A typical day
take them out for walks, play with them indoors if weather is too hot. include some training just to keep them mentally stimulated and keep them active

Pet care experience
I am a 23 year old esthetician and nursing student. Animals are something i'm incredibly passionate about, i've always felt this deep need/want to care for as many as i can find need the help. Rescuing animals is something i find myself doing often and love doing, i've volunteered at vast animal shelters around the houston area. - If i'm someone you consider to take care of your babies, i would take care of them as if they were my own and love them like my own babies.

Alexa was absolutely wonderful house-sitting my 2x male huskies. She was very responsive with initial coordination, and made herself flexibly available to visit my home to meet & greet with the boys. During her stay, she sent daily photos of the doggos, and was extremely communicative about even the smallest considerations for their wellbeing. One of the boys had an ear infection, and Alexa was more than comfortable applying some ear cleaning solution & treating him. She spent time in the backyard actually playing with & giving quality attention to each dog, which I really appreciate. When I returned from my trip, the house was in great shape, everything was clean & tidy, and the boys were happy, healthy, and well-loved. Would absolutely trust my pets with Alexa in the future, and would recommend her to anyone who wants their fur babies well-taken care of!
