I have a fenced in yard at my home, and clutter is contained in shelves and drawers, to prevent pets getting ahold of anything they could chew or swallow. I live near many parks and trails and have a spacious car to travel with pets to parks. I am meticulous about ensuring pets are clean and dry following any walks to prevent odour or the risk of any sores from moisture. Our roommates upstairs do have a playful German shepherd who’s often sunbathing in the yard waiting for friends to come say hi :)

Please let me know in advance if your dog has any history of reactivity in certain situations or contexts, so that I can be well prepared and alert on walks to avoid any stress for your pet.
Ein typischer Tag
I aim for at least two walks a day, one is typically a shorter walk around the neighbourhood or at a dog park, depending on the dog’s comfort/reactivity level. I value this one because I’ve learned the importance of socializing my dogs as much as possible! The other, is a longer walk to get some solid exercise and burn some energy.

I’ve had extensive experience with dog and cat sitting, including with my own dog since I was 12. I have dog and cat sat for multiple households, working with dogs of various ages and sizes. I take pride in ensuring the dogs I care for get at least a solid hour or two of exercise each day, on or off leash, when their age and health permit it.

Alexa is amaaaaaazing!! The minute we met her we felt like we'd known her forever and our dog Roxy felt the same way. They had an instant bond. She left our place immaculate and provided regular updates and friendly communication. She's reliable, kind and organized. Highly recommend!
Alexa was amazing, she stayed with my dog overnight, went on many walks, played and entertained her all day. I got lots of pictures too!!! Can’t be happier with her services!!!
Alexa was an awesome sitter for Ellie! She was responsive, sent lots of updates and pictures and kept our place super neat and tidy. Most importantly, she took Ellie on lots of great walks, gave her lots of attention and made her very comfortable very quickly! Thanks Alexa!
