We love to play fetch in the backyard and also love to go on walks and hikes. Dogs will have plenty of outside time and attention.

Pet care experience
Hello! I am a PE teacher with 12 years of raising dogs. I previously had two German Shepards for their entire lives and now have a smaller Shepard/lab mix that we rescued. She is a year old and loves to have a friend to play with. I also have a a daughter who has had dogs her entire life and loves them! We have a fenced backyard but also love going for walks and hiking! Your dog would be loved and well cared for while you are away! I will send pictures and updates throughout their stay. As a dog owner I know how important it is to know your baby is well-cared for and having fun!

Alexa and her fiancé were great! Our lab was a little nervous around such a big dog at first, but her pups are very sweet! Alexa sent pictures of them all settled in and playing while we were out of town. Our dog really enjoyed herself; she fell asleep on the car ride home!
Alexa is a fabulous dog sitter! She is kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable on how to care for dogs. Having two dogs of her own helps her understand what it takes to properly care for dogs no matter the size! I feel very confident leaving my beloved Yorkie with her as she treats him just like family!
