Pet care is something I truly enjoy and prioritize. My schedule is very flexible, which allows me to plan my availability around each pet’s needs. I’m happy to walk dogs as early or as late as needed to fit your pet’s routine—whatever works best for you and your schedule. I make it a point to plan pet care thoughtfully so your pet receives the attention and love they deserve. Communication is very important to me, so I’m always just a call or text away if you need an update or have a question while you’re away.

I have two friendly small dogs who love meeting new friends, a secure fenced yard for safe outdoor play, and plenty of mental enrichment toys and treats to keep pets engaged and happy. I’m very attentive to each pet’s individual needs and routines—whether that means extra playtime, a cozy spot to relax, or sticking closely to a specific feeding or medication schedule. I’m always happy to tailor my care based on your instructions and what I observe to ensure your pet feels comfortable and loved. I have experience with training and am confident handling a variety of temperaments, from playful puppies to more reserved or senior pets. I’m also comfortable with crate training, administering medication, and caring for pets with special needs. Every pet is different, and I love getting to know what makes each one unique.

A typical day with the pets I care for is centered around their routine, comfort, and happiness. I love incorporating fun, enriching activities like treat-finding games to engage their minds, along with Kongs or other approved enrichment toys to help them stay relaxed and content. Depending on your pet’s energy level and your preferences, we may go on walks, enjoy playtime, or even visit the dog park—all with your approval, of course. I always tailor activities to each pet’s needs and personality, balancing play, enrichment, rest, and affection so they feel safe, loved, and at home.

Pet care experience
I have hands-on experience rescuing and working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments—including those who may need a little extra patience and understanding. One of my own dogs is a rescue that I’ve helped grow from an anxious pup into a fun, confident, and loving companion, so I truly understand the importance of meeting dogs where they are emotionally. My background in training allows me to handle a wide range of behaviors with calm, consistent care. I create a comfortable, low-stress environment tailored to each pet’s needs—whether that means quiet spaces with minimal distractions or more active play and enrichment. I’m always willing to take the time a pet needs to feel safe, secure, and at home.

She did a fantastic job with my dogs, she took care so good that It felt the live they received! I’ll recommend her with my eyes closed.
So I read all the reviews and decided to hire Alexa, but we ended up cutting our trip short because we found out that she just made herself at home at our house taking long naps and not really watching our girls and giving them the attention that we told her they needed she did feed and water them and took them out, but no other special attention in one photo they had no food or water. One of my dogs is pad train and the pads didn’t get changed every day. They were just dirty. My dogs begged to be petted and she just ignored them and continue on with her naps at one point she was here for three hours just sleeping. She was never on time to take them out and on several occasions she checked in, but was not even at the house. I hope that she did not do this with other pets that you cherish so much because I was sick being out of town and not being able to do something about it.
