I can't recommend Alexa highly enough as a dog sitter and animal caregiver. She has genuinely loved and cared for animals her whole life! The dedication she put into training her dog was truly remarkable. Although he was a large, intimidating-looking dog to anyone meeting him for the first time, he was one of the gentlest, best-behaved dogs I've ever known. Alexa trained him so exceptionally well that my own toddlers—who were initially afraid of animals—quickly came to think of him as their best friend. Despite still being barely older than a puppy, he was protective without being aggressive, playful without being rough, endlessly patient with two sticky and curious little boys, and so well trained that he even cleaned up his own toys. It's no surprise that among our family and friends, Alexa is everyone's first choice when they need someone to care for their cat or dog. People trust her completely because they know she'll care for their pets as if they were her own, and the furry friends absolutely adore her in return. I have personally witness the way Alexa works with and loves dogs - from simple commands to be followed to more complex training. All done with patience and positive reinforcement. I would personally have Alexa work with and train any dog that I would have.

Alexa is not just a responsible adult who has a phd and is accountable and reliable, but she is also incredible at walking, caring for and training dogs. She has experience walking, caring for and training all kinds of dogs, including dogs with special needs like anxiety reactivity. She can handle anything from basics of new puppy training, which she worked with us on, as well as more difficult training to help with anxiety and reactivity. She has personally helped me train and care for my pitbull with reactivity issues. She respects dogs and knows exactly how to handle meeting new dogs.
