Hi! My name is Alexa and I am a psychiatric nurse. I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. From playful puppies to senior dogs who just want a cozy companion, I understand that every dog has its own unique personality and needs. I’ve learned how to provide patient, loving attention—whether that means long walks, fun playtime, or quiet comfort and care. Being a dog sitter is more than just a job for me—it’s something I truly enjoy. I treat every dog as if they were my own, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while their owners are away. I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved—just like part of the family. I use positive reinforcement and treat-based training to encourage good behavior, and I’m experienced with crate training to help dogs feel secure when it’s time to rest. I take them on plenty of walks throughout the day and often visit the dog park for extra exercise and playtime. Keeping dogs active and happy is a top priority for me! When we’re not out exploring, I make sure they get lots of cuddles, affection, and attention. Every dog I care for gets personalized love and care to match their personality and needs. 🐾

Alexa was a great dog sitter for me. She took my dog on plenty of walks. She is very responsible! She always made sure my dog was fed and stopped by my house whenever I asked. I can tell she really cares about the animals. I highly recommend!

Schedule
I’m currently working part time, and my schedule is pretty flexible. My shifts are 3-11pm. If you let me know ahead of time, I can try to get coverage!
