Bringing my love of cats to yours!
I have lived with multiple cats my entire life, including my own, Lenny and Zoe, who my fiancé and I adopted several years ago. Outside of my own, I spent several years volunteering at an animal shelter, so I have experience engaging with cats of all personalities and ages. I am comfortable with providing both pill and liquid medication, and I have some experience in giving IV fluids, so I am sure I can learn whatever your cat needs! I have taken care of several friend’s cats over the years, from overnight stays to daily ins, and I look forward to expanding that service and bringing the same level of love and care to yours!
Pets
Safety, trust & environment
My first concern is your pet’s safety and comfort, so I will always let them lead the interaction. If they indicate that they want to play or enjoy some pets, I will always start slow and follow their cue’s as to what you like. If they want their own space, then my focus will be on coming in and ensuring they have what they need (food/water/meds/etc) while letting them do their thing. I will always do my best to follow any specific instructions given to ensure your cat has the best experience possible and you can relax knowing they are happy and safe!
Ratings and reviews
I can always count on Alexa to take care of my 22-year-old cat Bear when I'm out of town. Bear has lots of medications that take a while to prepare and it doesn't phase Alexa at all. She is able to help Bear feel comfortable and get everything down! Bear also has a feeder that Alexa can set up no problem. Plus, my cat is a bit temperamental and Alexa gives her lots of scratches and knows what she likes and what she doesn't. She'd be a great Rover sitter for any pet no matter their needs or disposition.

Schedule
While I work full time, I am usually pretty flexible in the evenings and during the weekends as I work from home and don’t have to commute. I may also have some additional flexibility in the mornings or late afternoons some days depending on my work schedule.
