All pups welcome in our home! 🥰
We’ve had pets our whole lives - Alexa with dogs & Andrew with cats. 🫶 We’re comfortable with both puppies and seniors alike as Alexa’s had experience with all age ranges & the unique needs that come with these stages! In the same vein, we’ve cared for various types of personalities, breeds & sizes of dogs. We’re familiar with a diverse range of dogs and are always happy to accommodate their needs and lifestyles. We also have a pup of our own named Bruno, who is the complete epitome of a gentle giant. He truly is the best rescue boy we could’ve ever asked for! He’s had a unique past with roots from Manitoba - leaving him blind in one eye, a torn ear, half of his teeth missing & a rare kidney worm that ate up his entire right kidney. Fun fact - the 🪱 was 70 cm long & the clinic streamed the surgery for OVC students to watch given the extreme & rare nature of it all 😳 With that said, we’ve had a long journey to get to where we are with him health-wise, and are confident with other dogs’ needs. Bruno’s amazing with boundaries & will only initiate play when consented by other dogs. He’s had experience with all types of dogs - high energy, social, docile - you name it. His patience & control is top notch and plays a huge part in why we’re so confident in opening our doors to other dogs. 😊

Alexa and Andrew were fantastic! My 2 dogs can be so guarded with new people, but they knew how to manage their difficult behaviour. I was a little anxious at first, but Alexa and Andrew were very calm and reassuring. Somehow, they were able to get cuddles from my senior pups! I was so impressed seeing the photos! I very much appreciated their punctuality, their thorough updates, and working knowledge with the doggos. They are a great team! 100% would rebook again!
We were so happy with the care Alexa and Andrew provided for Finn! They sent plenty of updates throughout the day, which gave us such peace of mind. It was also really sweet to see how well Finn got along with their dog — the photos were absolutely adorable. We really appreciate them accommodating our last-minute request too. All around a wonderful experience and we’ll definitely be back!
Alexa and Andrew were amazing to work with! Despite all the puppy energy, they were very accommodating and knew how to handle our pup during the walk. They went above and beyond by wiping paws and were very patient and understanding with all of our requests. Would recommend them to other fur parents!
We are very happy with the loving care provided by Alexa and Andrew to our fur baby Rex. Our pet dog was very well taken care of while we were away for a weekend attending a funeral. Both Alexa and Andrew were amazing with rex and we will gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone. They gave us daily updates with pictures. We really appreciate their service. Alexa and Andrew were great to arrange daycare for Freya with their gentle furboy Bruno. Perfect hosts who followed her routine and made Freya feel at home. Updates were provided throughout her stay, so we were informed that things were going well. Will be booking an overnight stay soon.
Andrew and Alexa went beyond and above taking care of Charlie. Our baby is very challenging due to past experiences and high energy level that Charlie needs effective and efficient strategies to make his day fun and not boring. Alexa and Andrew did incredible care for our baby that when he gets home after our 6-days vacation, Charlie became calm and compliant with directions during walks and when playing indoors. In my own perspective, their passion and discipline strategies with dogs will make them qualified dog trainers. If there is an award for best dog caretakers, I will vote for them. Now, we can book our vacation without worrying who will take care of Charlie. Thank you Alexa and Andrew for the excellent service.

Schedule
We both work 9-5’s remotely and are very flexible with our schedules. Just provide us more insight into your dog’s lifestyle & we can absolutely work to accommodate it. Knowing their walking schedules, play time & any need for enrichment will allow us to coordinate in advance. :) Our weekend tradition is going on off-leash trails in the morning where we let Bruno roam around. 🥰

We have a fully detached home with a *newly* fenced backyard that’s been an absolute game changer for us with Bruno 🥹! Your fur babies are more than welcome to run around & use it freely. We also have an extra crate in our home & baby gates for the house in case you need added layers of security & protection for peace of mind. ☺️
Pets
A typical day
After work, we love settling into our evening routines by unwinding with our pup. We love getting our steps in by going for long walks & having some play time through enrichment activities to make sure our dogs we look after are happy and tired by the end of the day. 🙂↔️
