I have dog walking experience in NYC. If you can walk 10 dogs through prospect park in Brooklyn, you can do literally anything. Also have a super chill doggo of my own who loves everyone and all dogs.

Alex was about 4 hours late from what I booked on the app, so my dogs were inside alone for almost 8 hours. Then communication was seriously lacking, he didn’t even let me know when he got there. Then he wouldn’t reply to my texts or answer my calls and I started to worry. I reported the issue to Rover and they got him to respond. I’m sure he took decent care of the dogs, but now the poop bag dispenser is missing as well as one dog’s name tag. I had to ask for pictures every time, even though I told him that my partner and I were dealing with a family emergency and needed reassurance that the dogs were well taken care of. It ended up being a lot of extra stress.
Did a great job walking my dogs while I was on vacation.
Alex helped me out when I was trapped in Mexico. Never met the guy but the house was standing and the dog was alive so that's a 10/10 in my book
