Thank you for being a such a great dog walker! I really appreciate you walking Stax last minute! It really helped me out.

Alex was about 4 hours late from what I booked on the app, so my dogs were inside alone for almost 8 hours. Then communication was seriously lacking, he didn’t even let me know when he got there. Then he wouldn’t reply to my texts or answer my calls and I started to worry. I reported the issue to Rover and they got him to respond. I’m sure he took decent care of the dogs, but now the poop bag dispenser is missing as well as one dog’s name tag. I had to ask for pictures every time, even though I told him that my partner and I were dealing with a family emergency and needed reassurance that the dogs were well taken care of. It ended up being a lot of extra stress.

Did a great job walking my dogs while I was on vacation.

Alex helped me out when I was trapped in Mexico. Never met the guy but the house was standing and the dog was alive so that's a 10/10 in my book

Booked this walker for 8 days after they walked my dog 3 days without an issue. They failed to show up to walk my dog twice. I would not recommend this walker for the near future while they figure things out.

Very sweet with our nervous boi who was not loving city hotel stimuli. Very profesional and kind. Great with communication. Would definitely recommend Alex!
