Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover who grew up caring for all kinds of pets, including fish, a bunny, a hedgehog, and two wonderful dogs. Being around animals has always been a huge part of my life, and I truly enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter, where I spent time walking dogs, socializing cats, and helping animals feel comfortable and cared for. Whether your pet loves long walks, dog parks, playtime, cuddles on the couch, or just having a calm companion nearby, I’m happy to provide the attention and care they need. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and have experience handling larger, energetic dogs on leash. At the same time, having a small dog of my own has taught me the importance of being gentle, patient, and attentive to every pet’s individual needs. I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member, and I’ll treat your pet like one of my own while they’re in my care. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you're away. I can’t wait to meet you and your pet!

I have a small sized dog bed in my apartment that dogs will utilize, but no pets in my home. Your pet will be my full focus.

Alex was incredibly kind and flexible! She was very accommodating with scheduling and timing and was very kind about our puppy who was unexpectedly a bit more aggressive than normal her first few hours here.
She was very responsive and kept me updated with pictures. I was glad that my dog was able to be comfortable around her.
Alex did a wonderful job taking care of our pup! She was communicative and we could tell she went above and beyond to make sure our dog had a fun weekend. She was also respectful of our home. We will definitely ask her to help again in the future!
Hip hip hooray! Our pup Churro was in grand spirits after his joyful stay with Alex. Not only did she make his dog dreams come true by being an active and super fun playmate, she also took him for his first trip to Central Park! All in all, Alex is such a huge star in Churro’s eyes. Alex was an amazing sitter for our rescue pit, Romy! Our trip schedule changed a couple of times and she was super flexible and accommodating. She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures throughout the weekend. It was obvious that Alex gave our dog lots of love and attention while we were out of town, and we came home to a very happy pup! Also, Romy is super strong and can be reactive on a leash, and Alex was able to handle her with no issues. I highly recommend her, we will definitely be booking her again in the future!

Schedule
I work in the office everyday and am not able to bring pets with me. Days where I have a dog at home I wake up before work for a hour long walk, and leave work right at 5pm to take them on a long walk and to the dog park based on owner preference.
