I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life, as has my partner, from puppies through to senior dogs. Currently we have one of our own. I am qualified to level 2 DogSafe Canine First Aid. Able to provide medical treatment to dogs at the point of an accident up to and including wound dressing, splints and CPR.

This was the first time we have left our Romanian rescue with anyone and we’re really worried that we were doing the right thing. Alex was fantastic, within hours he had sent us pictures showing how at home Dottie was and kept us updated throughout the weekend. We wouldn’t hesitate to ask Alex to look after Dottie again or for a longer period

Alex looked after my dog for a couple of days and overnight. She's a working breed so can be a bit of a handful but he had no problems with her. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Schedule
I’m currently working locally and my partner works from home so your dog will have round the clock attention. Looking to mainly board on weekends but weeks days and walks can also be discussed.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a fenced garden. A large dog flap for access outside. We live near a field and woods so that they have plenty of opportunity for walks and space to play. Our dog is friendly and dog oriented, he loves to play chase.
Pets
A typical day
We live by a big field which is great to walk about and go for strolls. We also have the river for quick poop breaks if your dog doesn’t like to go in the garden. Most days we will go for an afternoon walk in the woods and often for a 6-10 mile hike on the weekends.
