Due to my working hours / patterns I have a lot of flexible time in which I love to dedicate to caring for my dog Oscar and cat Margo as it is a very rewarding and much loved hobby of mine and the opportunity to care for somebody else’s at the same time is even better! Oscar is walked twice a day and given plenty of play time and just general cuddles that he loves so much.

I have a secured fenced back garden and a beautiful 3 and a half year old fluffy boy who is always a friendly face and a playful delight for any visitors! Whether that be in human or animal form 🤷🏼♀️ Where I live we have a lot of dog walking friends that we usually come across on walks and that live on the street that are so caring and all the dogs get on so well. It’s a lovely little community. I have a beautiful little cat called Margo who is just over 1 year old and the love her and Oscar share is beyond beautiful! She usually keeps herself to herself, enjoying her space and isn’t overly fussed for our attention unless it feeding time of course or she is in the mood 😂

Ahead of time I prefer to know of any tricks and commands your pets may know so I can use these when necessary and during play times. Any medication your pet may have and any favourite games or things they enjoy in regards to comfort that can help them feel the most at home ❤️
A typical day
Spending time with dogs is my absolute favourite. I like to provide plenty of mental stimulation with sniffing games and creating little puzzles for them as well as that most important play time. Physical stimulation is also vital for me and walks are also a vital activity I provide. I am open to new places for dog walks but there are a lot of beautiful places surrounding where I live that are regular such as Alexandra Park and Abney Hall. There is a park a 2 minute walk from my house that leads to a river which is also beautiful and my dog is a big fan.

Hello there! I am the mum of a very loving and playful 4 and a half month old Cavapoo named Oscar who I love and adore! I also have a beautiful 1 year old British Short Hair named Margo who is very low maintenance and is a very independent, inquisitive lady but does love a good crazy play time here and there!. Cats are just wonderful and spending time with them is one of my favourite hobbies! I have had dogs near enough all my life within family and alone and spending quality time with them is a favourite hobby of mine! I totally understand that leaving your pets whilst away is hard enough but sometimes taking them in to a new environment can also be worrying so I understand the importance of house sitting, ensuring your pets are as comfortable as possible!. We always request Alex when we’re ever away from our (very nervous) cat Mabel. She is so caring, attentive and reassuring and I always feel safe to be away from home knowing that I can trust Alex to look after Mabel. I would recommend Alex to anyone!
