I am currently attending Youngstown State University full-time, so I will be available after 2 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and after 4 pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am unavailable most weekends.

I treat clients' pets as if they were my own. Not only do I make sure your furry friend is fed and exercised, but I also ensure that they are safe and happy. This includes but is not limited to, double checking entrance doors and gates are locked, pantry and cupboards are shut, and most importantly, pups are fed and given water. On walks, your furry friends will be kept out of harm's way and constantly supplied with water if they get exhausted. In the end, your companion being safe and happy is what matters.

It is important to know how much food is fed to your dog during each feeding and if they need any medications. It is also important to know of any illnesses or conditions they may have. As someone who has had a dog prone to seizures in the past, I need to know about them ahead of time.

Animals, like humans, have routines, and I believe an active routine with exercise and fun is important for your fluffy friend. Whether it be a walk around the neighborhood or playing in the backyard, your pup will be happy! I’m currently a full-time student at YSU with classes ending between 1 and 3, which leaves me with a lot of time to care for your dog. I currently care for a dachshund (wiener dog), Yorkie, and a boxer/lab mix which gives me experience working with several different-sized dogs. I’ve also cared for breeds such as pugs, Labradoodles, Pitbulls, german shepherds, and chihuahuas. Every dog is different, but all will be happy after every walk or stay. I will do what I can to meet the needs of your companion and with more information, we can let that become a reality. Hope to care for your pup soon!

I have been taking care of dogs ranging from dachshunds and Yorkies to Labradoodles and pit bulls. Since I was a kid I always took the responsibility of taking care of the dogs in the house including washing, feeding and walking them. Living in an apartment in the past has given me a lot of experience walking dogs due to the lack of a yard for them to run around freely.

Alex has been watching Cheddar for the last about 5 months and has been wonderful. He was always on time and very responsible. I will book him again should I ever need someone to watch Cheddar 😇
Alex’s love for all animals began as a young child. As a child, he's had hermit crabs hamsters and dogs, and even a snake. He continues to value the comfort and care of all animals. He is sensitive to their needs and understands that there is more to their care than food and outside breaks. He genuinely loves them and isn't afraid to show it. He is reliable trustworthy and great young man.
Alex has watched my Pug Bella while I went out a few times and has done a wonderful job! She’s usually very uneasy and standoffish when I’m gone for a while, so to come home and see her playing or peacefully sleeping is always a pleasant surprise. I feel at ease knowing my dog is in good hands with a person she adores and trusts. Alex is a caring, and loving pet caretaker!
