Alex did a super good job with my lizard last summer. Sent me lots of pictures and asked questions when they had a concern.

I had booked Alex twice to take care of my dog. The first event was for a 1 night boarding, which she cancelled last minute the night before. I could not find anyone to replace her with such late notice and I had to cancel my plans. The second booking was for the thanksgiving break. She last minute told me that her roommate would be receiving my dog which was not a problem. What left me upset was the fact that I couldn’t get a hold of neither Alex nor her roommate for about an hour once I arrived to their address. Given that my flight was that night, the situation left me aggravated since I was beginning to fear she was doing a last minute cancelation again. Thankfully, her roommate eventually appeared. Alex had initially told me to let her roommate know of any do’s and donts. I specifically told him that my dog could only eat his own dog food since he has many sensitivities. Once I picked up my dog, I noticed my dog had diarrhea for a few days. Alex later admitted that my dog was exposed to other foods. To be honest, I was left with the impression that Alex did the bare minimum for my dog and I would not rebook again. Not only was I left uneasy since the drop off, her lack of communication during a 6 night stay and eagerness to do business outside of the rover app left me concerned.

Alex took such great care of our cat bella, and with very short notice. i've already booked a second boarding for bella with Alex. highly recommend :)

Alex took great care of my doggy! He'd just been neutered and she was fine taking care of a doggy still wearing the cone!

Alex was super sweet with my dogs, followed care instructions perfectly & my dogs loved hanging out with them! :)
