Work from home with a fenced yard
I’ve been around dogs my entire life and provide boarding in a calm, pet-free home with a fully fenced 6-foot tall yard in Longmont. I work from home full-time, so dogs receive plenty of attention, supervision, and outdoor time throughout the day. I do not have roommates or other pets, and I only host one household at a time to provide a lower-stress environment and more individualized care. I’m comfortable with a wide range of breeds, sizes, and personalities, and I look forward to meeting your pup!

Alex took wonderful care of our sweet border collie Tessie! Communication was great with updates and photos. Alex followed our instructions on Tessie’s care and feeding and we felt extremely comfortable leaving her in his care. Tess was a bit stressed and anxious due to the 4th of July fireworks and Alex handled the situation perfectly. We look forward to booking with Alex again. Thank you, Alex!
Alex took care of our dogs for 2 weeks. Millie can be timid with new people but she warned right up to him. Both dogs seemed comfortable and happy in Alex's place especially in his fenced yard. Alex was a great communicator and often sent updates and photos. We would definitely use him again.
Alex is very attuned and conscientious. I am excited to have found him and will definitely book again!
I've known Alex since childhood and he's always been amazing with animals. He grew up with two dogs, both that had some behavioral issues that he managed very well. He has always been great with the dogs I've had and I wouldn't worry for a second about leaving them in his care (which I have, and still do). He had an amazing dog recently that tragically passed from cancer and I know he's not ready to fully commit to a new pup but will treat others as his own and will love taking care of them.
I have known Alex for many years and he has always cared for his dogs and cats with a consistency, respect and patience. I have trusted him to care for my dog on several occasions and have always been very pleased. Our dog is always excited to go to his house to spend time with him. Alex is currently working from home and is available to provide an attentive, loving environment throughout the day. He has a grassed back yard that is completely fenced with a shaded porch for outdoor exercise. I certainly recommend Alex as a wonderful in-home dog sitter for your pet.
Alex has been absolutely amazing with my two Brittany spaniels, which is no small task seeing as they’re both incredibly energetic and definitely on the needy side. From the start, Alex has been reliable, responsible, and clearly very comfortable handling high-energy dogs. I always feel at ease knowing they’re in such good hands. Alex goes above and beyond to make sure they’re not only cared for, but also getting the attention, exercise, and structure they need. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the dogs he watches. I would recommend Alex to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive dog sitter, especially if you have active or high-maintenance pups!

Schedule
I work from home full-time Monday through Friday with plenty of flexibility to care for your pet throughout the day. Outside of work hours, I’m active and flexible depending on your pet's energy level and routine.

I do not have any pets, and only host 1 home owner's pets at a time. I have a fully fenced yard and have cared for animals my entire life.
A typical day
I take a daily lunch walk and Im happy to bring your pup along. Regular breaks outside during the day, and typically hang out in the back yard after work.
