Although I do have a large, fenced backyard, I never leave pets unattended, especially outside. I keep several bowls of fresh water available inside and outside, and keep dogs separated during feeding times. Safety and comfortability for both pets and pet owners are extremely important to me, so feel free to let me know if there is anything more I can do!

A typical day

Each morning starts off with a walk around the neighborhood, with the distance depending on your dog’s size, age, and energy level. After a walk, breakfast is served to replenish all of that energy, followed by a little lounging in the living room or in the backyard patio. Play time usually comes pretty quickly, and thankfully there’s a nice big backyard to run around in.

Pet care experience

Loving and caring for animals has been part of my daily life since I was a kid. I've taken care of various breeds of dogs, cats, and birds over the past 15 years, and have been trusted by friends and family with their fur babies as well. I have two small mixed breeds, Penny and Wally, and one Siberian Husky, Leia.

We are extremely satisfied with Alex as a dog watcher. She took great care of our dog and kept us updated regularly. We'll most definitely be using her in the future. Highly recommended!

Alex is one of the most reliable people I know and a huge dog lover, big or small!! She’s outgoing and engaging and my doggies think she’s the absolute best! I know I can count on her for anything from taking the dogs on walks or spending quality time on the couch. She’s my first choice 100% of the time!
