I am an author and am home most of the day. I train Brazilian JiuJitsu and will be at the gym once a day for a maximum of two hours. If your pet doesn’t like to be left alone, then I will miss practice to care for them.

I also provide animal care in your home in case your pet doesn’t like to be moved or if it is simply your preference. A typical day
I like to start the day with food/ medications (if needed)/ and a walk around the neighborhood. Since I work from home, the day consists of play time, bathroom breaks, food scheduling, and lots of cuddles.

Pet care experience
I was born and raised on a farm in Michigan. From a young age, I’ve held animal responsibilities most haven’t heard of. I’m an animal lover at heart and know how important caring for your furry family member is. I’ve taken care of horses, snakes, rats, rabbits, cats, dogs, chickens, and many more! I am also skilled in handling animal medications pre and post surgery. I am available to clean, bathe, groom, walk, play, stay with, and house your animals.

Alex did a wonderful job taking care of my dog, Flint! He’s very high energy and needs to be kept busy. Alex gave him more time at the dog park than I normally do! She also kept me updated with tons of photos. I’d highly recommend her, she loves your pet like their her own!

Alex is amazing with my pit pull. He loves her so much and forgets about me when Alex is with her. She's always on time, sends me updates and more importantly I know I can trust her and she loves Duke just as much as I do.
Alex is truly an amazing pet caregiver! When I became a flight attendant she had to watch my dogs (Labrador and border collie) a few times when I was away. Alex consistently sent me videos of my babes having fun at the park, eating treats and at breakfast or dinner time! I could tell my pups were so sad to see her leave. She is a very reliable woman and I know if I ever need a pet sitter again, she would be the first on my call list.
