I work 5 days a week currently, 8 hours a day (sometimes less if the work flow allows, but also sometimes I end up working over). I don’t work weekends or holidays. My hours are typically 7am-3pm.

I take excellent care of your animals as if they were my own. I send picture updates often. I collect mail, clean up after myself as well as the pet(s). Typically the need is for me to go to someone else’s house for pet sitting overnight. This is ideal as the animal is most comfortable in their home. If the pet doesn’t mind, I have a super friendly 10lb doggy who loves making new friends.

I like to know ahead of time if there are any aggression issues surrounding food or with other animals. I would never place two dogs or cats together without properly introducing them. I also need to meet the owners, and pets prior to staying in their home.
A typical day
A typical day for pet care would look like myself getting up early to get the animal(s) what they need for the day. Be it- a walk, breakfast, medication, etc. I love taking dogs for car rides when possible. Perhaps going to a local park.

I have a good bit of references from coworkers and colleagues who I have pet sit for over the years. I book up quickly because people trust me in their home. They are confident that I will take excellent care of their animals as well as their home. I range from chickens, to lizards, to dogs and cats! I’m always up for a challenge. Also, if you need litter box assistance due to pregnancy, I would be glad to assist!! I love all animals and find this to be very therapeutic side work. I highly recommend Alex to become a dog sitter on Rover.com. She has watched my dogs on multiple occasions, and they just love her. She takes the time to walk my dogs and also play with them. She treats the animals she cares for as if they were her own. She has an extensive list of families who entrust her with their homes and animals. She has also cared for many animals that require special attention and medications on a daily basis. Alex is the best pet sitter and I know and I highly recommend her, you won't regret it.
