We love dogs!
Hi- here is an update (September 10th, 2024). We have been in Seattle for over 6 years. We would love to look after your dog. Your dog will be well cared for as we both work from home. We are often available during holidays when it is hard to find dog sitters. We have 2 kids who have extra curricular activities which means we are not home all the time so we cannot offer constant care. Why I love dog sitting I have always been a dog lover and lover of all animals. I had a dog which I rescued from the Animal Humane Society for 7 years. We have been regular sitters on Rover. We love to interact with dogs and expose our daughter (who is now 9) and our son (5) to them. Both kids love dogs and are very sweet to them! About my yard We have a nice backyard which is great for dogs who like to chase tennis balls. It is a fenced yard so no chance of escaping.

When we pull up to Alex's place, our dog lights up because she has such great memories and feels the love from him and his family. We're especially grateful as our dog just had surgery and we knew we could trust Alex to take great care of her during her recovery.

Alex and the family were great! They are friendly and genuine, so I left with comfort knowing McNugget was in their care. I was sent updates and photos while I was gone, which is something that really helps when we’re away from her. Would recommend! Also, I’d like to also note how thankful I am for their kindness and understanding. My work schedule and travel has been hectic lately and they made everything work smoothly.

Schedule
We both work from home so are home during the day. Our kids have extra curricular activities so your pet might be alone at our house for 1-2 hours

We have a fenced backyard which will allow you dog to run around and if he/she does not like going out in the rain it is very convenient to go potty
A typical day
I typically take dogs on 2-3 walks per day (one in the morning and one at night and if needed around lunch time. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Where he/she is most comfortable Time I'll spend with your dog I work remotely so I will be with your dog most of the time. We tend to stay at home at night as well so your dog will be with us. We are often around for holidays as well.
